MyShintousuiBottle-Q separates water into hydrogen and oxygen by electrolysis, and the separated oxygen becomes ozone and gradually remains as bubbles at the bottom of the bottle. High hydrogen dissolved concentration is a key for Hydrogen water

Reduction Potential of Redox Power

Not only the high hydrogen concentration, but also the reducing power of the redox potential is very high.

What is oxidant redox potential (ORP)?

The difference between the oxidizing force and the reducing force is measured and shown in voltage (mV). If it is positive, it will have a strong oxidizing power to rust, and if it is negative, it means to have a strong reducing power. Hydrogen water produced by MyShintousuiBottle-Q shows a higher value in the negative direction than antioxidant foods, which are generally said to have a low redox potential.

Even though pH does not change, it is negative

The pH of hydrogen water generated by MyShintousuiBottle-Q does not change before and after generation. When generated with pH neutral water then pH neutral hydrogen water is produced.
On the other hand, even with the same electrolysis, alkaline ionized water (electrolytic hydrogen water, reduced hydrogen water) method changes water pH greatly before and after generation.

How much hydrogen water should I drink?
Although it is the number of times of drinking hydrogen water, there is no problem even if you drink a large amount at once, but since active oxygen is constantly generated in our body, a small amount (about 50cc to 100cc) recommended to be taken in many times.Since our hydrogen water gradually decrease in hydrogen concentration, we recommend to drink it in 3 hours little by little.
Can I only use water?
Do not use anything other than water as it may cause a decrease in hydrogen production capacity. In addition, it is possible to make cold-brew tea or coffee using hydrogen water after generation.

Can I use tap water?
It is possible to use tap water.However, tap water contains chemicals such as chlorine, lime, and red rust in water pipes. The amount varies depending on the region and season. If tap water is used as it is, the scale may stick on to electrolysis part or the bottom of the bottle may turn brown. Wash the bottle frequently.

I am concerned about the ozone smell.
Ozone is inevitably generated by our method, but since it is not dissolved in water, there is no harm to the body. In addition, the odor of ozone will weaken depending on the frequency of use, but if you are still concerned, please try the following.
  1. Tilt the bottle after hydrogen generation, ozon becomes a big bubble and is discharged into the air. At this time, you can blow or fan with your hands and leave for a few minutes.Then the odor will disappear.
  2. The lower the water temperature, the stronger the ozone odor. Water with body temperature is recommended because the ozone odor is weak and the hydrogen concentration is high.
  3. Transfer the hydrogen water to a cup, then ozone odor will be weakened. Even if you transfer the water from bottles to a cup, the hydrogen concentration will not be lower.
What should I do for regular maintenance?
After use, please rinse lightly with tap water. Since the core unit is an electrical component, do not wash it with water but clean it with kitchen paper. We recommend regular cleaning with citric acid. For details, please check the instruction manual PDF (2.93MB).
How to charge?

Is maintenance necessary?
The built-in battery and the hydrogen generator are two consumable parts and are recommended for periodic replacement.
The reason for recommending replacement of those parts is, the hydrogen concentration will not be lowed, but platinum nanocolloids are generated from the hydrogen generation part, and this decreases after frequency of use.
This platinum nanocolloid is considered to make the bond between hydrogen and active oxygen more active, and enhance the efficiency of hydrogen water, so we recommend replacing the hydrogen generating part. In addition, the built-in battery has a life span of approximately 500 charge / discharge cycles, so it is replaced at the same time.
How often do you replace consumable parts?
As a guideline for replacement, if the frequency of hydrogen generation is 4-5 times per day, then 1.5-2 years is an ideal replacement cycle. Since it cannot be judged by appearance, please consult us if you are unsure.

When I press the H2 button, it sounds and stops in a few seconds. Is it a malfunction?
Are you using distilled water, pure water, or water filtered with a reverse osmosis membrane? These waters may stop because the built-in sensor determines no water.
If it can work with tap water (not passed through a water purifier), it is not a malfunction. If you want to use this water, please add a little additive such as one or two tea leaves.

Water leaks from the joint between the white core unit and the transparent container.
Water leakage from the joints occurs when the transparent container is not tightened enough. Please tighten it further from the point where it is stop by gasket, there will be no water leakage. If water still leaks, please contact us.
